Born and raised in The Netherlands, the “Silicon Valley” of the horticultural industry, I gathered over 20 years of experience in the international horticultural business. An extensive and experienced career involving automation/mechanization of young plant production, internal logistical systems, irrigation and climate control of greenhouses. The next logical step was to add the complete greenhouse structures to my knowledge in order to become an overall specialist in the horticultural field. I decided to complete my knowledge at Dalsem, a family owned company that still manufactures every single component of the greenhouse in its factory in Den Hoorn, The Netherlands. Working at Dalsem means I could combine all the technical knowhow I gathered over the years, to create a real Turnkey project and to be a firm asset to Dalsem and its clients.

The world is changing and so is the horticulture industry. Today’s topics includes issues such as food safety, feeding the world and reducing the needed amount of precious resources. Combining these topics with a high yield is a challenge that we like to take on.
